Full Moon in Aquarius

The Full Moon in Aquarius will bloom late on August 1st, 2012 countering the Sun in Leo and reflecting balance for us all. The airy water bearer Aquarian feeds the flame of the playful Leo creating a spark of healing, inspiration and intuition. Each month the Full Moon brings an opportunity to counter opposing forces and find grace in duality while exploring themes of balance and wholeness.

The Aquarian aspects are imagination, sharing and community while the Leo emphasizes personal power, leadership and generosity. At this time the energies are supporting personal growth, shifting into new realities, finding healing in powerful new ways within ourselves as well as feeling a sense of empowerment in sharing our authentic self to help others. Being true to your heart, having the courage to respectfully set your boundaries, remaining open to the healing process by releasing old wounds, finding comfort in connecting with others and sharing yourself honestly are all themes for this week.
